Strategies:

Since 1998, the Company have been implementing a strategy to reach the following objectives:

• Expansion of the Company
• Reduction of the dependency in the main Customer (American Air Force)
• Local market expansion
• Implementing new business areas and maintaining solid all around business

As a result CMM between 2000 and 2003, invested in new equipment and professional staff to structure a high-quality organization and properly equipped, improving competition in terms of price, quickness and quality of work.

It is also, running an Environmental, Quality and Safety Management System (EQSMS), in accordance with the reference Standards. This system complies with:

• Continuous enhancement of the Company performance, to complete clients’ requirements
• Environmental Performance of the Company and the Health and Safety of all its employees

The EQSMS is based on processes of identification (they allow to identify and to meet the clients requirements), according to reference Standards. It also measures and identifies the environmental aspects and work risks associated to Construções Meneses & Mcfadden activities.
